Senior Apparel Designer/Merchandiser – C1RCA, San Clemente, CA 2011-2012 Design – Responsible for all aspects of design for three Men’s collections (including pro-rider styles) and one Women’s collection per season. Technical Design – Created all specs. Hired a model and ran fittings with my developer. Evaluated and streamlined fits to create a more cohesive product for our customers. Merchandising – Responsible for creating the visual line plans, style count and appropriate style selection for each given season.
Women’s Design Manager/Senior Designer – Oakley, Foothill Ranch, CA 2006-2011 Management – Women’s Design Manager, responsible for five designers ranging from assistant to senior designers and a graphic artist. Designed or managed 130 styles per season.
